You may return items up to 30 days from shipment date. All items must be unused and resell-able. Once a deck, trucks, wheels, bearings, etc. have been used they are non-returnable. All clothing items must be new, unused, unwashed and in resellable condition with original tags attached. You may receive a refund, or replacement. We suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx insured with tracking.
Step 1 Email email@example.com or call (760) 560-0440, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm PST. Provide your invoice number and the product that you would like to send back and the reason why. We will then issue you a RA number. We accept no shipments without a RA number.
Step 2 Include a note with the RA number and the reason for returning the item with your choice of a replacement or a refund.
Step 3 Pack the product. Include the invoice and return note. Write the RA number on the outside of the box. Boxes without a RA number will not be accepted.
